Where can I order Quad Point Pens? Our popular Quad Point Pens can be purchased at Franklin Covey stores nationwide. For the store location nearest you, go to www.FranklinCovey.com. Our Quad Point Pens can also be purchased through Daytimers, Inc. If neither of these meet your needs, e-mail us with your information, and we'll search for another source near you. 8. Where can I order refills for Quad Point Pens? Most of our refills can be purchased
at Franklin Covey stores nationwide. For the store location nearest you,
go to FranklinCovey.com. If
they can not meet your need, send us your name and address (and a fax
number if you have one) and we will send you a Yasutomo Refill Order form. 9. What should I do with a broken pen? We do offer free pen repair as per our warranty. If you wrap up your pen in bubble wrap and send it to us, we will repair the pen and send it back. There is a charge for shipping and handling of $4.00. Please, do not send the box with the pen - the simple addition of the box increases the shipping charge dramatically. Usual turn around time is 10 business days. Please send the pen to the address listed below. YASUTOMO & CO. We do not sell or send spare parts. We cannot guarantee that spare parts will work if they are not installed by our repair personnel. If you need a replacement pen cap, please e-mail us with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Type of Pen Cap (if you don't know the specific make of your pen, i.e. TP1922, etc.… Please include a description of the pen barrel. The pen cap usually matches the pen barrel). The first replacement cap per pen is free. Each pen cap after that is $2.50. 10. Where can I get your origami designs? We did not create all the designs

project. 12. Where can I get spare parts for my LIHIT Auto Punch? We carry an assortment of replacement parts and drill bits for the LIHIT Auto Punch model 2001/AA-SIX. These parts can be ordered directly from us at 1-800-262-6454. 13. Do you have books on art subjects? We have four books on art subjects. We have the Sumi-E Painting Book (NS2) and we have two books on origami. One is for everyone, (OB2) and one for kids (ON400B). A paper crafting book entitled “Mingei Crafts, Japanese Folk Art” (PPB1) is available and distributed nationally along with our other books. We also have three Mizuhiki instruction booklets (MZB1, MZB2 and MZB3) all available at our online store as well as retailers and online retailers. |
