Introducing Traditional Chinese Inks! Two unique inks both specifically made for Chinese art techniques. For painting, calligraphy and drawing. They are fade resistant and water re-soluble. Available in Black and Ultra Black (almost double the carbon) and come in convenient 180ml bottles.

These inks come in two shades. CM is a super dense black ink and CY is less dense for delicate washes. The unique adhesive formulation of the inks allows for increased stability but they will reconstitute in water. When these inks dry on absorbent papers, they can be wet mounted which is the use of a water based adhesive to bond the artwork to the mounting surface without bleeding or smearing.

Both inks mix with Chinese watercolors for interesting effects. They both have a convenient lid where the cap comes off the side of the larger cap for more control and fewer spills.

Because these are both pigment inks, not dye inks, they should not be used in refillable pens. These inks are not acrylic inks nor are there any acrylic properties or ingredients in them.

These inks conform to ASTM D-4236.
